Why Us

See the Potential Before the Disability

Persons with disabilities possess talent, intelligence, determination and professional potential. However, inaccessible systems, communication barriers, limited opportunities and unsuitable support can prevent individuals from demonstrating their abilities.

Isandla Inclusive exists to help remove these barriers and create equitable opportunities for persons with disabilities to participate meaningfully in education, employment, entrepreneurship and society.

As a disability-led organisation, we combine lived experience with practical knowledge of accessibility, workplace inclusion and community needs. We listen to individuals, recognise their strengths and work collaboratively with employers, training providers, funders and community organisations.

Our commitment is simple: see the person, recognise the potential and create the access needed to transform potential into possibility.
